I live in Indiana and there are plenty of wannabe rednecks that preach about guns, but the most I've ever seen on civilians are pistols and on rare occasion see someone walking down a county road with a shotgun during hunting season where they go out and shoot unarmed animals and then brag about how they got gamey meat for free.

Oh, there's $2-million surplus in the building maintenance account but no money for classroom supplies? Too bad. So... reallocating money from the police to local schools is both bizarre and retarded.
