YES! Some of my favorite things on SA over the years were all the articles digging through the shittiest parts of the internet like a safari and bringing them back here for some justified mockery. I hope this is the start of Weekend Web's triumphant return.

With the consolidation of online idiocy (and the internet in general) into a few sites, it feels like you gotta dig deeper to find batshit internet forums these days. I hope that there are still enough of them around to justify running this on a regular basis.

Really great article. Man I am flashing back to high school hard core, I loved this series so much I would refresh the page every so often when a new one was due until it showed up. Then I'd download all the pages at once so I could read it on our lovely poor people internet. Those were some good times. Wait actually they kinda sucked but weekend web made them suck less. I'd be super thrilled to see this make a regular comeback.

I haven't been following the frontpage very well these past couple weeks, but seeing this now is one of the nicest surprises I've had in a long while, even if it's old news to everyone else. So did Lowtax just put this all together on his own? That's awesome of him, but the next one definitely needs to be a community thing like before, and soon!
