I wonder if each episode will be the same length, or if they won't edit the movies and just let them flow for however long they are.

Just remember, we want that to primarily list good jumping on points for the show, not just personal favorites. I tried to use Hobgoblins to introduce my wife and it took her two years to give the show another shot.

When the show was still on, I was 12 and my sister was 8, and my 8 year old sister legit liked Hobgoblins enough to get mad at Mike and the bots mocking it. I showed it to her recently, and she said her kid self must have been insane.

Parts: The Clonus Horror is almost good to me. A rewrite and a non-TV-movie budget would have helped. It's better than its rip-off, The Island.

I genuinely enjoy Phantom Planet. It's not good, but I like old dumb talky scifi movies.

Mitchell feels like a lost pilot to a TV series ala Columbo or McMillan and Wife. I'd probably watch that show.

I've said this before, but Mitchell is actually a decent movie. It's biggest failing is the lack of any sympathetic/likable characters. We're supposed to root for Mitchell, and he's just such a mess you can't.

Remake Mitchell with Danny McBride and it would be hilarious.

Future War is probably in my top 3. I never really do top lists, but Future War is so great as a riff, it's always one I think of to get people into MST3K.

Speaking of lists, I've been asked to write about the best MST3K eps to watch around Halloween. As it is right now, here's my preliminary list:

Pod People
Manos
Zombie Nightmare
Samson vs. the Vampire Women
Incredible Melting Man
I Was a Teenage Werewolf
Giant Spider Invasion
The Incredibly Strange Creatures Who Stopped Living and Became Mixed-Up Zombies
Devil Doll
Werewolf
Hobgoblins
Touch of Satan

But while I've watched a lot of MST3K, I haven't come even close to seeing all of them. Anyone have any suggestions for the list?

Screaming Skull

I'm worried about missing Turkey Day if I can only watch from my PC. (Browser casting is a possibility, but I've found that the quality is usually poor and the audio desyncs a lot).

Same question, but for Roku.

Mallon actually went through a bit of a personal crisis a few years back and ended up starting a new career as a therapist. This is entirely just my speculation now, but it could be that that played a role in him being willing to give up the show.

Is there an article about this somewhere? Sounds interesting.

Also, I'm watching Jack Frost for the first time, and this movie kind of owns.

I loved Man of Steel, but BvS was one of the worst movies I've ever seen. I hope Justice League is better.
