 When I was a kid, we'd camp at Lake Vesuvius near Ironton, Ohio in Lawrence County. It has great 5 and 10 mile hikes, and lots of fishing too. I was lucky enough to catch a trout once

If you're in or near West Virginia, check out Lake Sherwood in Greenbriar County, it's the most beautiful forest I've ever seen
