My friend Brett used to sew mittens into the butt section of his underwear, one in each butt cheek. He had a flat butt and it made him look better in jeans but once the underwear came off his butt looked like just a crease with a butthole towards the bottom.

Do you mean like a cup shape of fabric one on each cheek? You'd need some sort of strap to keep them on and at a certain point you're just putting a brassiere on your rear end.

It would work better with a fatter booty, but I mean like the hole would fit around a butt cheek and then the end of it would probably dangle like a sock. I like to wear chick socks cause my feet get hot and dude socks are nothing but a solid mass of cotton while chick socks tend to be thin and breathable that allow my feet to cool. I wonder if I'll have the same problem with booty socks.
