I saw 4 or 5 people parachuting this afternoon while I was driving on the highway and lol gently caress no, driving is bad enough. If I need a rush that bad I will find some cocaine.

Sailors on submarines get paid more, as well. Either being a submariner or paratrooper, either way it's pretty safe when not in a war. If I was in the navy, I would opt to be on a sub. That's life experience that you couldn't replicate anywhere else on earth. I've been fortunate enough to work with 2 different people who served on subs and their stories are awesome. I would like to talk with a paratrooper, I bet they have great stories, too. Such a thing can only help you in future jobs and such.

I've read that the 101 Airborne doesn't even do parachute jumps anymore. Only the 82nd still does it and only to show off.
