I did the trainyard with the map and an informant but nothing else showed up on the map so I can't progress any further. It seemed to me that if you didn't have bugs planted in all the junction boxes then some of the objectives didn't reveal on the world map. When I planted bugs then everything was fine. Remember, bugs reveal enemies.
