I have to work out even though I'd rather just waste away because no matter how thin the rest of my body gets I maintain mad pecs, so if the rest of my body withers it ends up looking like I have unusually perky man tits on an otherwise slender frame.

I normally try not to judge people at the gym because I wouldn't like them judging me but there's this one dude I see pretty regularly there who has an upper body so jacked it no longer looks human and thighs that are legit skinnier than his forearms Always strutting around looking smug too, loving upside-down triangle-looking jerk. It's like God put his limbs in the wrong sockets but there's no way he ended up looking like that by accident What I'm saying is do some squats OP
