Can you enable the Nakalim without the Academy stuff? I want to try playing them but without dealing with that stuff.

The Drakken are assholes and should be exterminated at all costs. I've been playing with a Custom Craver faction today using the Vodyani Arks and the Craver depletion mechanic. It's actually really fun being a mobile locust swarm, stripping planets bare then moving on. You don't need to hold onto the lovely planets.

They do add mechanics too, like the Behemoths with Supremacy. I think the Hissho and the Vaulters dlc are really good!

I bought awakening and disabled it after two plays, it's garbage. The smaller dlcs are good too I agree, I'd forgotten about those.

I can't really recall but can you disable just the Behemoths, I assume not because theyre tied to the Hissho story.

It's terrible, skip it. Amplitude have said they don't have the resources or time to fix it either so it is entirely skippable. Does anyone here use any of the community balance patches? The EGS patch seems interesting.

I haven't played Civ since Beyond Earth. Have they evolved at all? That was my one concern(?) about Humankind. The genre feels kind of static.

I've played it for a few hours today and it's quite fun, my only real nitpick is the weapon sound effects are absolutely weak but I think it's because my comparison is Synthetik 2 which is bonkers loud. Otherwise it's very fun!

The Zed/Shroom quest seems to be bugged as the first time I tried it, it didn't fire but it did the second time in coop.

Agreed on the last two, but I rate Blaze higher. I feel like heroes had much stronger identities in DOTE. I actually really miss melee.

Yeah - the devs are being very receptive to feedback in the discord an for the record I am actually really enjoying the game, but the heroes themselves feel very one note which is kind of disappointing. The game also works way better co-op than solo.

Dungeon of the Endless is significantly better than Endless Dungeon and that's quite sad. Amplitude are going backwards.
