There are two lessons to take from this story, a small one and a big one.

The small one is be careful what you put on paper.

The large one is only Republicans pay a price for their inappropriate comments. Democrats can lie all day, and make up all sorts of wild stories. No problem. But Republicans get clobbered for any misstep.

It’s a sad reality, one that Republicans cannot ignore.

US Military Academy Introduces Woke Curriculum with Courses on Deconstructing Patriotism, Cross-Dressing in the Military, Gender Norms, and Representation in the Ranks posted by freeper Enlightened1

cw: anti-gay slurs because freep

An alleged list of courses offered at West Point by one professor include:

- Deconstructing Patriotism: Exploring Postmodernism and US Army Recruitment Amidst the Lack of a National Narrative
- Uniformed Perspectives: The Evolution of Cross-Dressing in the Military and Gender Norms
- Do My Leaders ‘Get’ Me?: Unpacking the Importance of Representation in the Military
- Harder Rights: An Approach to Espoused Values and Behavior Inconsistency

This alleged list comes from Judicial Watch's Tom Fitton, by way of the Daily Mail, published in Gateway Pundit, so you can probably assume it's made up or taken out of actual context and they aren't real courses but something like panel discussions or something. Regardless I'd personally find each and every one of those topics fascinating and worth a listen.

the prosecution and judge are going to do everything possible to get Trump found guilty, even if the case against Trump is very weak or non-existent.

Beware! This is going to be a case where the court WILL NOT let the def3ndant go without a guilty verdict. This case is about doing whatever it takes to get Trump, and coming to a verdict of guilty is the only outcome that democrats will accept. Not guilty is out of the question.

Imagine for a moment if Trump hadn't run in 2016 and any of the other Republican candidates that ran was exposed as having cheated on his wife, who had just given birth by the way, with a porn star. Now imagine this being said about any of those candidates, just one of them.

You would have to assume that saying it never happened was done to not get sued for breaking a non disclosure agreement. But the fact is, Trump is no more perfect than any of the rest of us. And since God doesn’t grade on a curve, he will need to be washed in the Blood of the Lamb of God too if he plans on living an eternity apart from the rest of the Godless human debris. I absolutely love Marjorie Taylor Greene. She’s got Spirit, she’s got Fight, and I believe she’ll be around, and on our side, for a long time to come.

However, right now, Republicans have to be fighting the Radical Left Democrats, and all the Damage they have done to our Country. With a Majority of One, shortly growing to three or four, we’re not in a position of voting on a Motion to Vacate.

At some point, we may very well be, but this is not the time. We are leading in the Presidential Polls by a lot, both Nationally and in the Swing States. Likewise, we are doing well in the Senate, and I believe will do well in the House. But if we show DISUNITY, which will be portrayed as CHAOS, it will negatively affect everything!

Mike Johnson is a good man who is trying very hard. I also wish certain things were done over the last period of two months, but we will get them done, together. It is my request that Republicans vote for “THE MOTION TO TABLE.” We WILL WIN BIG - AND IT WILL BE SOON! From President Trump!!! HE IS RIGHT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! SPOT ON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Fascism is struggle. The whole point is a noble struggle, the deification of war and strife, purging society and the earth of supposedly inferior elements. I mean that's the core issue with fascism and conservatism as a whole, right? You've probably heard the quote:

Frank Wilhoit posted:

“Conservatism consists of exactly one proposition …There must be in-groups whom the law protects but does not bind, alongside out-groups whom the law binds but does not protect.”

So for this philosophy to work, there always needs to be an outgroup, and the ingroups need to constantly be convinced they are a threat that must be dealt with. You can't ever settle down and say "alright, I think that quashing the rights of women/ colored people/ queer people/ trans people is enough, we can stop here", because without a target to blame for all society's problems the entire thing falls apart.

Mix it with capitalism and you've got even more incentive for the rich and powerful to direct hate towards minorities, instead of having people reflect that maybe having a giantic wealth disparity might not actually be a good way to run things.

And Freepers have just been pickling in this for their entire lives. It doesn't help that for at least some of them, life probably has gotten noticeably worse as healthcare and housing and workers rights go to poo poo. But instead of thinking about why that is, they are conditioned to look for the next outgroup to poo poo on.

My son, who has 30 years experience as a special ed teacher, IT specialist, and administrator, now works for a top notch college which has a tuition with room and board of $60,000 A year, for $25 an hour! Naturally, when he gets promoted to a more suitable and responsible position, he will make much more, but unless you’re at a certain level, colleges pay their staff much less than their tuition charges would seem to indicate they should.

You may already be kicking in $2/day for folks like “Cathy”.

In my law practice I regularly see people in their late 50’s/early 60’s with hundreds of thousands of dollars in Student Loan Debt - essentially all of which is taxpayer guaranteed - and little or no assets. Several years ago I met a prospective client who had $588k in student loan debt from undergraduate, medical school and two master’s degrees which he earned post MD while waiting to get accepted into a residency program. He was never accepted, for whatever reason, and earned about $1200/month as a tutor when I spoke to him. His loans were coming out of deferment at that point and the minimum payment was starting at $8,100/month.

That story was the largest excess in student loan indebtedness until I encountered someone with a $756k balance after having paid off 8% of her student loan balance over some long stretch of time. Just as I began consulting with her, she let me know that DOE had sent her a letter announcing the forgiving of that balance. She was happy to offload that on the back of the taxpayer.

That is the record for now, but what may be lurking ahead? There seems to be no upper limit n the total indebtedness possible under federally guaranteed loan programs.

I am surviving with no car and renting a modest apartment in a small town. Pay cash, unless the payoff is swift and sure. I’ve talked to many people (usually female) in similar circumstances to “Cathy”. Don’t be Cathy.

It is easy to live beyond your means at nearly any level of income.

In the Minnesota college system she has extremely generous benefits. So, how much has she saved?

I notice she says she had "tons of student loans".

"I can't afford life while working. How can I even think of retiring?" the St. Paul, Minnesota resident said.

It is hard to retire if you are used to living paycheck to paycheck.

Her income now is about $40,000 a year plus. She took out $40,000 in student loans over 25 years ago, for law school, which she never completed. The remainder of the loans was recently forgiven.

She never considered buying a home, mostly because of her student loans.

If she is a victim of anything, she is a victim of feminism.

Absolutely. She evidently bought into the "women can have it all" nonsense.

As a man, I will never understand a woman wanting to have a career over being a traditional housewife and mother. Having the option to get married and stay at home while the spouse supports you in raising the children is crazy to give up. I mean, even if the marriage doesn't work out, and the man drops her for a "trophy" wife, the courts are still going to give her half of everything the man has as well as a lifetime stream of payments.

Women had it made but now they are giving it up for the old 9 to 5 grind.

All that said, I am living comfortably but that's because I never ran up a lot of bills and never lived beyond my means. I am content. Sure, who wouldn't want to have $250,000 in savings/retirement. But the way I look at it, I can't take it with me. So if I ever do come into a lot of cash I'll probably give most of it to my kids before I pass. That way they won't have to incur inheritance taxes.

Own 2 homes (one in So. Cal, one in Nor. Cal) also 2 additional pieces of property, one in Washington state and one in Colorado..
Amazing what you can do with just a normal salary if you don’t party, don’t have to have every “new thing”, don’t eat out every night and don’t try to walk around playing “mister big shot”.
I bought the Washington property for 11k, was just offered 350k for it, bought the Colorado property for 9k and was just offered 275k for it.

Told both companies when they get to 500k we MIGHT talk.

Currently have NO DEBT!

My wife tells me that we now have money coming out our ears after a lifetime of being careful with money, frugal practices, and conservative investment.

When I die nothing goes to my kids (they both got a full ride to college from me), they have to earn their own.

My trust says everything goes to MY WIFE and then to any of my dogs that survive me.

Reagan’s social conservatism and hawkish foreign policy did fine with white blue collar workers.

” In 1984, Reagan confirmed his support by winning nearly 60% of the popular vote and carried 49 of the 50 states.

The Reagan Democrats were members of the Democratic Party before and after the Reagan presidency, but voted for Reagan in 1980 and 1984 and for his vice president, George H. W. Bush, in 1988, producing their landslide victories. They were mostly white socially conservative blue-collar workers who lived in the Northeast and were attracted to Reagan’s social conservatism on issues such as abortion and to his hawkish foreign policy.

If I compare the graph above of the sun’s shift in polarity, to the wave amplitude changes in an EEG of the brain when it merges the masculine and feminine, it would appear the sun is about to increase in frequency.

This happens in the brain when the amount of Love is increased in the human soul, thus decreasing the distance between the masculine and feminine aspects of consciousness.

This then lowers the amplitude of the EEG wave and also the polarity required for a neuron to fire an action potential at its axon hillock.

This makes it easier to reach higher frequencies of consciousness and is the reason Love is critically important to reach higher levels of consciousness.

(Notice how the amplitude of the solar polarity extremes are decreasing each cycle in the chart above? This same concept on an individual soul basis is what lowers the EEG wave amplitude.)

This explains how the sun and earth changes are creating what I have been referring to the “Springtime of Soul Growth on Earth.”

For all the religious folks, I’m explaining why we are entering the perfect storm on earth and the times Jesus predicted would happen.

Their objection is specifically to the idea that climate change is caused by humans, because that would imply that it's their fault and/or that they should change their lifestyle in any way. They'd much rather believe in a climate apocalypse that they can do nothing about than take responsibility for anything.

GOLLOCKS!
Hysterics for Hamas - Why have young women been so prominent in the recent campus chaos? posted by freeper MtnClimber

As freep would say, barf alert.

the article posted:

The female voices rose high-pitched and shrill above the crowd:

“Five, six, seven, eight, Israel is a terrorist state.”

“We don’t want no Zionists here, say it loud, say it clear.”

“Resistance is justified when people are occupied.”

The voices that answered them were also overwhelmingly female, emanating from hundreds of students chanting and marching around tents pitched in front of Columbia University’s neoclassical Butler Library, part of an effort in late April to prevent the university from uprooting the encampment.

The female tilt among anti-Israel student protesters is an underappreciated aspect of the pro-Hamas campus hysteria. True, when activists need muscle (to echo University of Missouri professor Melissa Click’s immortal call during the 2015 Black Lives Matter protests), males are mobilized to smash windows and doors or hurl projectiles at the police, for example. But the faces behind the masks and before the cameras are disproportionately female, as seen in this recent gem from the Princeton demonstrations.

Why the apparent gender gap? One possible reason is that women constitute majorities of both student bodies and the metastasizing student-services bureaucracies that cater to them. Another is the sex skew in majors. The hard sciences and economics, whose students are less likely to take days or weeks out from their classes to party (correction: “stand against genocide”) in cool North Face tents, are still majority male. The humanities and soft social sciences, the fields where you might even get extra credit for your intersectional activism, are majority female. (Not surprisingly, males have spearheaded recent efforts to guard the American flag against desecration.) In progressive movements, the default assumption now may be to elevate females ahead of males as leaders and spokesmen. But most important, the victim ideology that drives much of academia today, with its explicit enmity to objectivity and reason as white male constructs, has a female character.

Student protests have always been hilariously self-dramatizing, but the current outbreak is particularly maudlin, in keeping with female self-pity. “The university would rather see us dead than divest,” said a member of the all-female press representatives of UCLA’s solidarity encampment on X. The university police and the Los Angeles Police Department “would rather watch us be killed than protect us.” (The academic Left, including these anti-Zionists, opposes police presence on campus; UCLA chancellor Gene Block apologized in June 2020 after the LAPD lawfully mustered on university property during the George Floyd race riots.) Command of language is not a strong point of these student emissaries. “There needs to be an addressment (sic) of U.S. imperialism and its ties to the [University of California] system,” said another UCLA encampment spokeswoman.

It was not too long ago when administrators started bringing in therapy dogs to campus libraries and dining halls to help a female-heavy student body cope with psychic distress, especially after the election of Donald Trump. “Trigger warnings” were implemented to protect female students from Ovid’s Metamorphoses and other great works of literature. Campus discourse and its media echo chamber rang with accounts of the mental-health crisis on campus, whose alleged sufferers were overwhelmingly female.
It goes on and on and on.

These protesters ‘feel’ the pain of Gazan’s and Israel as the bully when it’s Hamas who are the oppressors and butchering terrorists. Blinded by emotional deceptions.

Of course. They try to shame us for not supporting Biden the usurper who is not only incompetent, incognizant & incoherent, but is also as illegal as those he allows into our nation. Not his nation to do with as he pleases.

They are the useful idiots who believe that he is trying to save Ukraine's democracy, that they have never had, along with the integrity of their borders.

Common sense should illuminate for them that this has nothing to do with either democracy, or the sanctity of Ukraine's borders. For he ignores our borders, and subverts democratic principles of this nation.

But these arse-clowns are incapable of connecting dots, because they lack critical thinking skills, and instead think they are patriotic Americans. They are in reality aiding & assisting those who desire to destroy this nation to deliver it to a One World Government that will make royalty of the elites, and slaves of those remining. Thus creating a utopia for the elites.

They fall for the false flag claim of Russia desiring to take all of the European nations. On the one hand they claim Russia is weak with outdated weapons, while contradicting themselves with the other hand as Russia being this all powerful entity. Both cannot be true, but they can't even see their fallacy with those diametrically opposed claims.
