I figured it out. Dare doesn't actually exist, because who the gently caress would give Lowtax 10$ every day just to post on these dead gay rear end forums and get banned all the time. "Dare" is actually Lowtax, laundering money through the forums by pretending to be a crazy person with too much money. Where does Lowtax get the dirty money to launder? My guess is that he's prostituting himself. Now am I clever or am I clever?

They said dare was just doing a chargeback on all the $10 which probably would work 5-10 time per credit card if not more. I've done a chargeback and they basically always go through, but idk how long the cc companies put up with it before freezing the card/telling you to cut that poo poo out. heck if it's only $10 I wouldn't be suprised if it was just an algorithm just accepting it all wholesale and only checking it if there are over a certain number of chargebacks.
