"Dare" is actually Lowtax, laundering money through the forums by pretending to be a crazy person with too much money.

Where does Lowtax get the dirty money to launder? My guess is that he's prostituting himself.

I've unironically believed this for some time now, but without the money laundering aspect. Lowtax is just doing it for fun, like his old personas (Leonard Crabs, jeffk, etc).
