Iris gets Barry a puppy as a death present so he can learn to love again and move on, but then a Bratva member (played by Theon Greyjoy) kills the puppy and, after learning they're actually from the Earth 2 Bratva, Barry decides to murder the whole organization.

My guess is there's no speedster villain next season because they're going to go for maximum drama and maximum terrible by bringing in Cobalt Blue.

My other hope for next season is that CW sees how successful Ghost Rider was on this season of AoS and copies the idea by having Barry return from the Speedforce as Hot Pursuit.
