If you look at Giger's work you can see a lot of designs that look almost exactly the same as the alien monster. It's like he just gave them something he liked to draw a lot. And also it's obviously a dick and not a vagina, look at the head.

It's actually kind of tough to choose. Mike is the charismatic creative which would make him Nathan but he's also a sloppy drunk so that fits Pickles. Jay would be the other one that Mike isn't. Josh is Toki, he's always upbeat and dumb and nobody really likes him much but he's still a part of the group. Skwissgar is a technical guy who's really good at what he does but is dumb as a rock, that really doesn't fit anybody in RLM so I'm just going to ignore him.
