Considering doing a bulk for nov-jan/Feb, followed by a 3 month cut followed by six months trying to maintain. Pros, max salami intake. Cons, my crippling body dysmorphia, innate fear that I'll turn back into a fat slob sadsack.

It was a lifting day before practice and I demolished my numbers thoroughly. Now it doesn't do anything that extreme for me anymore, but it helps with stamina and you can really push it everyday. Gotta cycle it bro, plus it's good discipline and practice for future juicing.

I mean skipping workouts is one thing but it's just delaying upper body a day. It'll still be hit twice this week like normal. I don't get these super tough nights too terribly often so it's not a frequent thing. I'm guessing something like that is pretty minor and it's more skipping a workout here and there that adds up that slows you down a lot. You could just do a lighter routine if you're tired, less volume or less weight or decide to stop midway if you're too gassed or your form is hurting.
