Trip report: woke up at 0350. Took a poo poo. Went to gym and worked out. Took another poo poo, then showered. Vomited on the way in to work. Got to work on time. Functioning as intended.

So all day today my left forearm has had that tingly veiny feeling like after you take BCAAs and creatine and then lift a bunch. It was leg day. I think my arm wants to rip itself off of my body and go lift by itself. What do I do?

Did bent over rows today, caught a dude full on staring at my rear end. For two sets. It was pretty obvious. I guess eating all the things and squatting is working well, I'm getting definition back pretty quickly, and my thighs are getting ... bigger and muscley-er. Just gotta work on my front squat form I guess.

Been keeping my head down (and lifting weight down) sand hitting the gym regularly for a few months again. Yesterday I ate a huge spicy burrito, took a few massive dumps, and finally got back to 3 plates on deadlift. Only mild doms today. It's good to be almost back to my everyday workout weight from two years ago.

I haven't seen a lot of dumb poo poo since new year's, but I haven't been going at busy times (i.e. I go at 4 AM). Today, I saw: 1: a person stretching - including using a foam roller - in the power rack for over an hour, 2: a person curling 5s in a squat rack, and 3: a person squatting the 20lb fixed-weight curl bar in an Olympic rack. This finally broke my brain enough to post here again. What the gently caress.

Haven't watched the video, and apropos of nothing: what the gently caress is wrong with your hands?! (Yes, I know) Just get some good straps and you won't have to worry about it. Then, your grip is only keeping the straps tight, not keeping a grip on the bar itself.

I've never tried lunges with a trap bar before, but to me that sounds really awkward. Have you tried with just putting the bar on your back? Editing for clarity: don't put the trap bar on your back. Or do, and record it.
