Yeah, my Divine Guardian with RS gear went from getting 4k~ most days and 6k+ on "everyone is battling Ultimates" days to under 2k a day since the refresh option was added.

Of course the gil isn't important at this stage of the game, but it's nice to see that I helped a bunch of people work through content. I've long-assumed that the majority would RW something with Hastega due to CM limitations, and Regen and Res+ tended to be very useful against most bosses, so I always stuck with Garnet as my RW. Once the CM shifts down to just U+ and the U++ becomes an A-Team task though, perhaps I'll rotate through Wall, Divine Guardian, and Bartz/Ramza BSBs depending on the optimal boss strategy.

I think I can beat the U+ dragon zombie fight if I do the build-up-SB-and-mythril-continue trick. How do I get the most out of my continue? If I move all my characters to the back row for the SB-building run, then continue, then flee and move my attackers into the front row, do I lose the continue bonus?

Switching to Proof of Existence for the time being. aVdY for those who need it. I've got a Cypress Pile+++, so my li'l Vivi is sporting 570+ MAG.

This was pretty much perfect for me, the only other things I would have wanted were Tin Armor and Bistro Fork, but considering that Flame Staff was my chase relic, can't really complain about this at all.

Now to decide if I'm going to bite the bullet and pull on Keeper 2 for the Red Hat and the chance of getting SG/Shout...

I disagree completely. Unless you already have perfect synergy gear for the best team in a realm, that 5* weapon or armor will almost certainly be an upgrade. Or give you flexibility to bring a different character if need be.

And if not, its a Rosetta stone.

Looks like EXP dungeons are going to be twice per week in six months' time.

Several dungeons also get dual synergy, for instance, Black/Power has synergy for both IV and VIII. Basically, every realm has at least one daily per week now.

This happens. (Well ok, this also benefits from the fact that I RD'd Maria for the +12% black magic and equipped her with the gaia gear from Tyro 2 for the +earth).

To say nothing of the fact we apparently have a loving bannerfest coming. It doesn't even matter that the banners are relatively crap, it's more the principle of the thing, and kind of a giant middle finger out of nowhere.

For the people who needed the Halloween Mythril to pull on a Larsa banner, I feel you, but it might be worth shooting an e-mail to support in order to ask them to extend the event. Event extensions are not unheard of, it happened with Shirtless Sephiroth when they messed up the CM conditions (which was in our favor, to boot) and since they apparently can't deliver the hanging Mythril before the ETA, this might be your best shot at it.

With hotness like that within the next few months I may even break my rule of always pulling on half-price draws.

Mine's starting to get a bit long, because I also use it to help me remember who has SB's in the first place. I'll probably start dropping non-character relics or armor down to separate rows soon.

What I do have issues with is remembering what soul breaks I actually have. I've been using the same few A-Team members for ages now, only really branching out during Cid's Missions. This had lead to some really silly things like forgetting certain SSB's I have entirely, when they would have been perfect from some boss or whatever.
