viridian forest from pokemon gold/silver. the music in it is so relaxing/mellow and it conveys how much of a breeze it is to go through compared to gen 1. feels kinda cozy even https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Y0X7sN-1lOo

 Maybe not the look so much since it's kinda stock Halo snow level but I loved the encounter design of this part so much, jumping out of a moving hornet to melee a brute on a moving/shooting platform full of enemies with the goal of blowing up a reactor & then jumping off when it explodes only to do it again just sticks with me. First thing I did when I got Anniversary Edition
