Remember that super serious combat AI enhancement mod that just increased the aggro range on enemies? And how the mod author claimed they had some sort of Skyrim AI simulator that he used to make the mod?

It's not hard to make a gun that just infinitely spawns more guns until the game crashes. I think it's far more creative and interesting to make poo poo like that gun that fires shotgun shells in a shotgun blast, which is actually viable as a weapon.

that is because that background was submitted by a backer. the game chooses pawns a little oddly. there's a very high chance of a certain number of backer pawns showing up in any particular game, and the game coin flips on whether or not any new pawn will be male or female. if it determines it's time for a backer pawn to show up, and the coin flip comes up female, there's a grand total of like 8 or 9 female backer pawns to choose from, vs multiple dozens of male pawns (because, unsurprisingly, most of the whale backers of rimworld are weird shut in dudes). one of those female pawns is that sex slave pawn.

the other thing you'll see showing up weirdly often if you look are computer programmer or other nerd backgrounds on male pawns that for whatever reason have almost no penalties or restrictions. because, unsurprisingly, those weird shut in dudes that made those backgrounds wanted to be demigods in their video games.

It's not hard to hand a stack of contributions to an intern, or go through them a handful at a time during a break, but if the person doing the vetting thinks that old memes or crass jokes are still funny and worthy of inclusion, then you're back to square one.

Episode 3 is supposed to be HL3/the end of the series. One last relatively short episode to wrap things up. It's not like it would be difficult for Valve to make the drat thing.

The idea with Huey is that, as awful as Miller and Snake have become, he's much worse in his own particular flavor of awful. Specifically, self-delusion. Huey manages to legitimately convince himself he's a good guy and bad poo poo just keeps happening to him, but pretty much everything Snake, Ocelot, and Miller accuse him of, he absolutely did really do. He's just so profoundly hosed up in the head that he honestly convinces himself that it was all a terrible coincidence. The man has an enormous amount of blood on his hands. and of people he actively betrayed no less... he's just very, very convincing when he protests otherwise, since he truly believes it himself.

But yeah, there was a lot to dislike about MGS5 and the very unsympathetic protagonists was definitely a big part. That was the point, narratively speaking.... the entire game is about the characters more or less becoming outright villains from too much time looking into the abyss. But yeah, just because it was the point didn't make it much more fun to side with them.

EDIT: Granted, all of this is second hand understanding on my part. I've seen a lot of MGS5 here and there since it's been released but I admit I've never actually played it myself. Ground Zeroes turned me off too much.
