His only pay is milk and cookies, so perhaps that makes it okay that he bypasses taxes and tariffs. Santa keeps reindeer. What they eat up there in all that snow and ice we don’t know. But, as a livestock owner, he is connected to the earth in a very real and manly way.

The swearing-in ceremony will occur Jan. 20 at the U.S. Capitol, followed by the Inaugural Parade on Pennsylvania Avenue. Inaugural balls will be held in the evening.
The next day, the National Prayer Service will conclude inaugural events.
The committee also released an extensive schedule of inaugural events to be held over a five-day span starting Jan. 17, including several dinners honoring the president-elect, vice president-elect and cabinet secretaries.
