Communism will help more white people than anyone else. Any equal measures unfairly provide less to minority populations just because there's less of them. Democracy is truly the tyranny of the mob.

Full communism is really bad. I think the sweet spot is about 40% communism where most poors aren't dying in the streets but the rich can still buy as many new yachts and designer hand bags as they want and don't have to worry about being guillotined.

But if we fight for 40% we're only getting 20

merely identifying problems is "leftist poo poo" now?

like I thought that was part of Hillary's problem in 2016: it's not enough that she merely acknowledged that wealth inequality, college tuition, health care costs, etc. existed. Whatever she proposed wasn't seen as being sufficient to actually address these problems

I mean that was what I thought Bernie's strength was: like his health care plan, you knew what you were getting: free-at-the-point-of-service health care. college? no tuition. Not just "these are problems and I'm gonna address them", which isn't sufficient

Obama had actual solutions for them, he just did the opposite of what he said he was going to do once he got elected, the people felt betrayed, and surprise: they didn't show up for him in 2010 or really even in 2012.

Like what the gently caress, you're saying over half the democrats are gonna freak out over taxes, plus we know that the republicans exist only for tax cuts, so what, your position is that 75%+ of the electorate is gonna hate you for talking about a tax raise but somehow leftism is still an unstoppable electoral force if it just made it to the ballot?

Yes, I forgot that moment when the entire electorate in the south suddenly became socialist. It's Different Now, which explains why Bernie candidates are winning primaries coast to coast.
