I know you've said you don't like Skype. But in mine we constantly Skype's while watching Netflix. Truth be told about the long distance thing: it makes everything so hard. Mine didn't survive. But, as we grew older and more self sufficient we got back together and are now engaged. The difference this time? We live in the same city. I wish you the best of luck.
