In his bitterly regretted though heroically borne physical absence the Central Committee is unbreakably united in its determination to strive to continue on the path of self-reliance, retaining as all its members do in their hearts many vivid and imperishable memories of his incomparable personality and a thorough acquaintance with the unparallelled literary legacy enshrined in his collected and now thankfully completed writings which will undoubtedly preserve for all posterity the true and lasting significance of his profoundest thoughts.
The Central Committee notes that in accordance with the Army-first policy, the leading cadres of the People’s Army and many other senior officers have enthusiastically volunteered to stand firmly shoulder to shoulder with the working people of Pyongyang and with the Dear Leader and the great steeled cohort of veteran Party cadres in their outstanding and unprecedented mission. The Central Committee assures the Government of the DPRK that it can continue to rely unswervingly on the heroic and unflinching loyalty of the People’s Militia and on the boundless love and unshakeable firmness of the entire people for the defence and further development of the socialist system.
The Central Committee, therefore, further calls on all the patriotic and peace-loving people of Korea to rally firmly around the banner of the Party and the whole nation in pressing forward the struggle for the peaceful unification of the motherland, the withdrawal of all US imperialist occupation troops, the disbanding of puppet troop formations, and the denuclearisation of the entire Korean peninsula including its maritime regions and the establishment of the united Commonwealth of Koryo and the deepening of the principle of ‘one country, two social systems’ by the new revolutionary principle of ‘one country, many solar systems’.
May the continuing immortal presence of the Dear Leader in our thoughts and memories and the joyous and heart-warming certainty that he is already at least one light-year away and forever receding to ever greater distances console us for his physical absence and inspire us all to new feats of self-reliance!

There are no meaningful translations for these terms. They are needlessly recursive. They contain no usable intelligence, yet they are structured intelligently; there is no chance they could have arisen by chance.
The only explanation is that something has coded nonsense in a way that poses as a useful message; only after wasting time and effort does the deception becomes apparent. The signal functions to consume the resources of a recipient for zero payoff and reduced fitness. The signal is a virus.
Viruses do not arise from kin, symbionts, or other allies.
The signal is an attack.
And it's coming from right about there.
