The fan that is hooked up to the CPU i have is not spinning anymore.
Its not the Fan on the back of the desktop.
The PC is an HP 500-c60.
The CPU model is an AMD a6-5200, is this fan considered to be part of the heatsink?
Should I take this to a computer shop and have them fix it or is this an easy fix.

I have blown air on the fan and such.
Disconnected and Reconnected to the motherboard n such.

Open the case and take a picture. Usually this is a very standard fan that is just screwed down onto the heatsink, but there are lots of ways they could have done it.

Yeah you should be able to just measure the dimensions of the fan and buy a new one. Common fan sizes are 40, 60, 70, 80, and 92mm, match the thickness so the existing screws work. You need one with a standard 3/4-pin connector so it sends the rpm signal to the motherboard.

Or if you just take it to a computer shop they should be able to swap the fan in front of you for a little bit of money.
