Die Another Day is everything horrible about Star Trek: Into Darkness turned up to 11. Plus the villain is basically just an entitled rear end in a top hat and not memorable in any way. Then you get dumb para-surfing away from a space laser which sounds like something an 8 year old thought would be the coolest poo poo ever. The second especially the third act of it is some of the worst poo poo I've seen. I will say it doesn't have the dumbest thing ever in a Bond movie. That belongs to using a loving slide whistle during a car jump.
