It's kind of interesting watching the Bond movies and seeing how they try to keep them "relevant" by inserting what was in popular culture at the time, with questionable results for the most part.

Live and Let Die-Blaxploitation
Golden Gun-Kung fu movies
Moonraker-Star Wars
License To Kill-80s cop shows and movies
Die Another Day-XxXtreeeme! (what a horrid era of movies)

It's a shame that Dalton's era ended so soon, he was ahead of his time with Craig bringing back the "dark" Bond.

I feel like Moore's movies just all kind of blend together and only a few of them really stand out, the rest are just kind of blah. For the other actors each movie has an impact and is memorable for better or for worse.

The book "Some Kind of Hero" is an interesting look into the stories of all the movies up until Spectre, worth reading for Bond fans.
