 There enough to make a MTG Cube like draft experience yet? If so, how much would you estimate to have to invest?

 Never played but I like the idea of building a cube for this as drafting sounds like it would be a good time with friends. Anyone have experience with this? If starting from scratch, how would you build the cube?
