I recently saw this movie called Primer. It wasn't very good but the 2 main characters are unbelievably dumb, unlikable assholes.

The Departed had a couple of good actors that don't suck but most of the screen time went to noted dumb assholes Matt Damon, Leo Decaprio and Marky Mark.
