Morrissey is pretty much not good, and the Smiths were also mostly not good punctuated by brief moments of being a little tolerable.

Leon Einstein posted:Viva Hate sounds just like a Smiths record. Yeah, that's probably got something to do with Street. Plus Vini Reilly was a cool guitarist that wasn't exactly like Marr but still had a style that worked well with Morrissey. I've never listed to The The, maybe I should change that. I've listened to Johnny Marr's two solo albums and his stuff with Electronic and Pet Shop Boys, Electronic was the only one I thought was more than just kind of good because of Bernard Sumner.

I love Moz. Seen that twat in concert several times, he even insulted Whitney Houston about a week after she died talkin about how she was going to cover one of his songs or something, and then he was just all, "... but I guess THAT won't be happening." and then he snickered. That's our Mozzer!

Morrissay cancelled a Jimmy Kimmel appearance because the Duck Dynasty guys were going to be in the same episode, which led to a band replacing him that a guy I knew in college was in. Morrissay being an insufferable retard works out for people sometimes

Especially via the Johnny Marr Jaguar (TM) the only sig model I've ever thought twice about. He was on Colbert report and you could tell Stephen was a huge fan but he came off as such a stupid piece of poo poo anyway. I think Colbert made some joke about marr being backstage and coming out and morrissey looked absolutely terrified for a few long seconds over it. He is pathetic and a oval office. I like the smiths and some of his solo poo poo though.

The last two Marr solo albums are a lot better than the last 3 or so Moz albums. World Peace Is None of Your Business had the worst Morrissey lyrics I've ever heard. Who rhymes "ah, but lonely" with "beefaroni"? Moz, you lovable twat.

Who rhymes "ah, but lonely" with "beefaroni"? World Peace's extra tracks were great though. After deleting Kiss Me A Lot off my computer so I don't have to listen to it, World Peace+bonus songs makes for the best album since Vauxhall. I think Marr's albums would have benefited from some instrumentals.
