Press R3 to sprint, press R3 again just before your stamina bar runs out to completely refill the bar, sprint forever. Make sure to enable the stamina bar being visible in options. The guy who completely hosed up FF11 before they sent in another guy to fix it was then given FF14 which he ruined before they sent in the same guy as last time to fix it and make ARR. Square is not good at dealing with problem people high in the hierarchy. Nomura is in charge of KH3 now I believe.
