I played a lot of little league and and this movie was the medium by which all tense exchanges were made. If you didn't like someone for being terrible you called them smalls, the first two weeks of practice at the start of every year were nothing more than meeting your team mates and bonding by quoting this movie. It's a good baseball movie.

Looking back i never realized how burger king kids clubby the cast was. Theres black kid, hispanic kid, dago kid, fat ginger kid, vaguely jewish kid, even nerdier than main kid kid, the only thing missing is crippled kid.
