If where you're getting stuck is that area with like 30 guys around a bonfire then try taking things very slowly. They'll go on patrols in groups of five or so and that's your chance. It's also pretty easy to split people off of larger groups by throwing pebbles at them or shooting one of them. Shooting is loud so expect to have several enemies look at you if they're in earshot. You don't need to beat the first boss to unlock stuff in the hunters dream btw, just seeing it is enough.

Yeah, the fact that some of the most important characters are kids really doesn't allow me to be convinced that it's about a humanity without a future. It's certainly possible but I don't know that it's in the spirit of the work. Heck, even if flesh and blood humans die out, the androids as depicted are certainly more than capable of inheriting the culture and whatever purpose there is to humanity.

I picked up the first Gravity Rush since it was thirty bucks, which is much easier to swallow than the eighty they're asking for for the second. It's a lot of fun and very anime so I'll probably pick up the sequel eventually. A lot of the gameplay is "go here, ok, now go there" which is totally fine since movement is such a blast, it feels very unconstrained which I love.
