Do you plan on, at any point, adapting the names of some of the mega-countries like Smolensk and Novgorod, which still use pretty localized names, into something more expansive? Don't have any ideas off the top of my head, but it's a bit jarring for the colossal empire stretching from Skane to Astrakhan to still go by the name of its founding city. Although I guess Rome did something to that effect.
