Someone please explain me the subtitle of this thread. Is NOAH not using NJPW guys anymore?

NOAH sold their company to someone else right under Bushiroad's nose and that sort of cut all ties between them abruptly in the middle of angles getting planned teased. Lot of people expected more NOAH presence at the Tokyo Dome with Marufuji/Yano being the new tag champs, Shibata defending against Go Shiozaki and probably a GHC title defense if not another Multiman tag.

Remember how there were lion's gate shows and that njpw was going to do more with global indies like RevPro and wXw? I guess the NOAH fallout axed that. I also just really want NJPW to bring in Walter or something.

Revpro wasnt a good example but the other promotions they listed in the original press release were RevPro, wXw, ROH, CMLL, NWA, and GFW. As far as I know they've done absolutely nothing involving wXw.

Any word on the Honor Rising card? I think Kevin Kelly said it'd have Adam Cole vs YOSHI-HASHI on commentary during the Osaka show.

They are announcing stuff nowish. There will be a Togi Makabe 20th Anniversary show on the 21st with GBH vs. Ishii/Yano and Tiger Mask W & Tiger Mask 4 vs. Okada and Gedo, New Japan anniversary show will have Tiger Mask W vs. Okada. Honor Rising on the 27th will have Goto vs Punisher Martinez for the NEVER title and Yoshi-Hashi vs. Adam Cole for the ROH Title. Honor Rising on the 26th will have Young Bucks vs. War Machine.

Actually the Tiger Mask W tag match might be on one of the New Japan Anniversary shows not the Makabe one.

Oka, Liger, TenKozy vs. Nakanishi, Finlay, Taguchi, Kawato
Juice, Nagata, Elgin vs. Fale, Yujiro, Roa
Jado, Gedo, Baretta, Goto vs. Taichi, Desperado, Kanemaru, ZSJ
Tiger Mask 4, Makabe, Shibata vs. Taka, DBS Jr, Suzuki
Yano and Ishii vs. Tama and Omega
Kushida and Tanahashi vs. Hiromu and Evil
Rocky, Yoshi-Hashi, Okada vs. Bushi, Sanada, Naito

basically NJ Cup guys facing each other as are challengers. Taichi, Desperado, Kanemaru and ZSJ wouldn't have a Jr on their team against Goto. That puts more faith in ZSJ being a heavyweight/flexible in NJPW right now.

Hiromu absolutely crushing the dude built up as the Jr Ace through last year was amazing. Shibata absolutely kicked the poo poo out of Okada. I'm down with Suzuki, Juice & Ricochet challenging the NEVER, IC, and Jr titles respectively. Totally happy about War Machine becoming Tag champs. Solid show, but disappointed with RPG Vice being the next challengers for Suzuki-gun again and disappointed that Fale is suddenly Okada's next opponent after losing the NJ Cup and not even picking up the win in his match.
