Apologies for being late, I had literally no time today to put this up until right now. Simply Simon posted:Nice job on the Witches! I also really like their fight. A gimmick done right, imho - they are just fragile enough to not make it tedious. I have a bonus video demoing that, actually! It's pretty funny that you can make the easiest boss in the game even easier! I'll get that video up sometime tomorrow when I have more than 10 minutes.

Seeing CJacobs post here reminds me, we had a duel a few days after the Cainhurst session. Simply Simon posted:Good Lord you murdered Logarius. Parrying is the key to doing really well against him, but that's usually easier said than done. You're just insanely good at it. Yeah, I replayed most of the game on the side not too long after this with a Str/Arc build and throughout I kept wishing I had RGretta's stat loadout because parries are my bread and butter and I'm not nearly as good at the game if I'm not tearing out some poor fool's guts every few minutes. Casnorf's audio for this session is a little funky because his Audacity picked up a webcam microphone or something instead of his Yeti and we didn't realize it until the next session.

Argate has mastered it already. I think part of the reason why I love the Blade of Mercy is because it's super high rate of attack really lets you do a real number on bosses when you decide you wanna get a little greedy, and with enough finesse, getting greedy is really rewarding with the BoM.
