I don't dislike E7, but I felt pretty lukewarm on what I had seen (several episodes out of context on Adult Swim back in the 00s), and was mostly just bored. The later episodes did seem a lot more interesting, but the earlier episodes, while not bad, were bland to me, despite liking the visual elements.
