The only school with less updated facilities in the MAC may have been Eastern Michigan. Miami was a disaster after Roethlisberger left. When Chuck got there they were probably a good 15 years behind where most of the rest of the conference had evolved to.

Wisconsin is a hell of a program in the big picture and should be a great destination for most coaches, but nobody wants to deal with both Barry and a really thin assistant salary pool. You could probably make do with just one or the other, but dealing with both has to weigh hard on a coach.
