ok cool, he can just be a bit of an edgelord which is fine in writing but i could see myself getting annoyed of it in podcast form real quick. i always liked the old war nerd articles, i might give this a try

tbh i think half of the poo poo ames claims to have done in the exile is bs. the exile tried to be Gonzo Hunter THompson Cool in the wastes of post soviet russia, and that includes wild exaggerations about everything. that said ames is def a dick, but these podcasts are pretty good, the whiskey rebellion one is cool
