I usually see different prices whenever someone posts a sale link to SBCGaming. As for the coupon, I never bother with coins either. You can go to the checkout page and enter a coupon code like CDUS08, or NEWUS8OFF if you set up a new account. By the way, this is kind of personal preference, but I bought a Powkiddy RGB30 max10 3 a couple months back and I didn't really like the buttons. They aren't bad per se but the control isn't as good as some other controllers I've used. That's one of the reason I'm getting an Anbernic device now. Powkiddy does give the best price/performance, though.

It’s going to look quite messy with cables sticking out in three directions. Can’t hide it behind the cabinet since I need to access the power button (and occasionally the USB). Sigh. It seems to work quite decently in general. Installed Batocera Linux without a hitch, and am currently copying over the backup of my old system. The casing feels extremely plasticky and cheap, but then again it is extremely cheap. Very good value for money even before the on-sale price.

Is there any HTPC layer I can run on Win11 to control Plex and Youtube with an USB remote, or I have to run the build in Plex/Youtube apps on the TV? Ideally something that behaves exactly like the nV Shield interface.

I guess over a certain amount? I didn’t encounter it for my smaller purchases (MOC:s).

I bought a keyboard last year that was something like €75, and I kept asking them about fees, but they just told me not to worry. So after I got the n100 mini PC, I also got a couple wireless power meter to measure power consumption. The daily usage is 0.23kWhr for the n100, which is around $21 a year assuming $0.25/kWhr cost after tax and fee The surprise to me is the Dell OptiPlex office PC, it only uses 0.33kwhr, barely 30% more than the n100 even though size wise its as big as a Xbox. The old rear end HP MicroServer I have been using as NAS with 5 HDD inside use much more power , about 1.5 kWhr daily. I think I am going to retire it and repurpose the Dell PC as a 1-bay NAS.
