What are you talking about? My favorite part of the manga was the part where the small child with beachball tits shows up and gives the protagonist a dick and has to struggle with not getting a hard on while being cuddled by her surrogate child. What I'm saying is the manga took a loving turn and I'd be glad to just pretend none of that happened.

nielsm posted:She pulled a magical sword out of Tohru and saved her life. Apparently. It's really badly explained in the anime, I haven't read the manga and only really know because that's what everyone else says. Yeah it's a very vague flashback kinda thing but the story is she got super drunk and stumbled on Tohru and pulled the sword out for her and then blacked out and forgot about it.

She does have the power to cow apocalypse grade dragons with her drunken rants.

I mean on one hand the show lowered the skeev factor by making Kanna marginally less of a creep compared to the manga scene, but then we still had Titzalcoatl mashing her chest into a literal child's face so I guess it's a wash? I have confidence that this show will continue to be less skeevy than the manga though. Still crossing my fingers that certain characters will never appear.

Poil posted:Why would anyone take what Kanna did as being anything more than trying to experience a kiss? Because this was that scene from the manga which kind of taints people's perception of that?

Roland Jones posted:Yep. Lucoa even calls him "Shouta-kun". It's not subtle. She's literally the reason I stopped reading the manga. I apparently draw the line at small child-like person with tits literally half the size of the rest of her body.

There's a difference between being short and being 3 foot tall with tits that make up 50% of your total body mass.
