Raiders looked good from their new additions, and the Titans had flashes of really cool stuff and then some absolute boners, mainly marked by getting mentally rattled after that bullshit penalty in the 3rd quarter, after which the offense died forever. I'm not convinced they'll win the division because that... concept is foreign to me after so many years, and I'm convinced that somehow Watson or Bortles is going to have a field day and split the series and then around Week 12 Mariota dies and the Texans take the division because that's just... how it goes. But if they do make the playoffs, I'll be ecstatic, curbstomped once inside or not.

It seems the Jags have a good defense and a crap offense, which the Texans couldn't capitalize on because they have no offense and the Ravens couldn't capitalize on because they were hungover or whatever, while the Titans were able to keep the defense on the field long enough that Bortles being bad started becoming a major factor.

It's funny how well Watson is looking because he looked a bit raw even in college, so I guess for all the poo poo BOB's been given, he's still at least a little bit of a QB guru for Watson looking as good as he does, because I remember a lot more overthrowing in the NCAA than he's done of late.
