The Oilers name and history still hold value. It's not like other cities that have lost teams get to keep their name and history (Lakers?) But the list of names for the new Houston team was dire Bobcats, Apollos, Stallions (lol), Toros and of course Texans lol if they had gone with the very high school team name Bobcats
