A bit old and I may not have been paying attention, the Texans have signed a safety from the Jets, Marcus Gilchrist http://jetswire.usatoday.com/2017/08/01/ex-jets-s-marcus-gilchrist-lands-with-texans/ Apparently he was outperformed by the two rookies the Jets brought in.

Looking back at the draft, I feel that Texans should have traded the other way, swapped their 1st round pick and 2nd + 3rd round pick for two low seconds. No OL apart from Bolles went in the first, they could have upgraded the right side of the OL quite easily and tanked for a Qb next year. He would have a better O line in place As it is, they have probably lost a high first round pick this year.
