Kinda disappointed now that I have the QR code finder in Judgment that 95% of the codes are just drone-parts related after a couple I grabbed that were amazing (Tiger Drop of course and that one where you knock off an entire health bar in EX mode). I also still haven't found the skill book that lets you spot random encounters and the gang threat level system sucks and I hate it but those are my only real complaints!

The part in Chapter 7 where they bring back the cabaret menu just to play as Saori for twenty minutes was amazing and the disguise you get after that in Chapter 8 is almost as incredible as the vampire outfit. I also really appreciate how a lot of the little friendship quests are cute and normal stuff like taking selfies with that one burger store employee but then the game throws some poo poo like Giant Impact at you that's so ridiculous it's like I'm right back in 0 :allears:

My biggest complaint is that the game doesn't let you use outfits outside of specific scenarios, but that's an issue with the entire series. They give you cool costumes but you can only use them after you already beat the game.

anyway I looked back a few pages and didn't see it discussed (I'm sure it has been, but this is a long-rear end thread!)

What jobs did you all end up using?

Kept Ichiban in hero almost the whole game; it's a great class with good HP growth, a group heal, a group esuna, and a good default costume. Never really found any use for his freelancer ability.
Nanba spent most of his time as a Homeless Guy; superb magic and AoE, and could off-heal. Plus had a good debuff to use for the nastier bosses.
I never really figured out what to do with Adachi, Joon-gi Han, or Zhou. I liked all of them as characters, but the first one is just a tank in a game that didn't seem to reward tanking. The second two dind't seem to excel at anything (the middle one was ludicrously fast but I couldn't find anything useful to do with the extra turns--too many enemies were resistant to the relevant damage types.)

Matriarch just seemed head and shoulders above anything else available to me once I could afford a weapon. Did I miss anything with the other classes?

Adachi has a pretty strong stun attack if you make him an enforcer. The reckless charge skill is also a pretty good AOE if you can get the right positioning. Also, he is less likely to be one hit KOed than other characters, so he is useful for some boss fights, and going through dungeons.

Joon-gi Han's gun attack is useful for invested vagabonds, and some enemies are also weak to it. I found him pretty useful as a host because he covers most elemental weaknesses.

I never really found a good niche for Zhou. His main thing seems to be pretty powerful melee attacks.

-edit Oh huh, I thought Poison Shot was a Host skill. It never seemed to proc for me though, so I didn't use it much.

I think hard hat guy might have been the construction worker that Ichiban helps out at the start of the game. Also, I kind of suspect that Nanoha and Saeko were once the same person. It'd explain the weirdness of Saeko's quest being focused on her, yet Nanoha not actually showing up. Also the weird and bad decision to disguise herself as her sister to dump her boyfriend.
