If you are interested in still being his friend, you can just (verbally) bap his nose the way you would a puppy every time he spouts off until either he gets better or severs on his own. People can be talked out of redpill nonsense, they got talked into it after all. As far as the consumption stuff, that's way more difficult and is a cultural artifact of where we're at as a country. Try getting him to consume expensive juice and that kind of thing, the mindset of never dying that cleanses etc. sell can be way more attractive to some people than Scotch and cigars.
