 Goons, While I appreciate that we will soon have an elected official for C-SPAM, I worry about the rest of the forums as a whole, and whether their interests are at least being met. I am proposing that we have a civil thread in the near future to discuss the status of our internet home, plans for the future, wrongs to be righted, etc. To that end this thread will be part of the planning of said future thread, and we will treat the forum as a "town hall/meeting" discussion with admin/mods to provide support or grievances as needed. What is needed is:

Agenda point: the AI subforum has been doing a lot of smokey burnouts lately as they try and choose a new mod, and my cockatrice is half crazy because of it Second: it's time to tear down that crack den, it's been an eyesore for far too long. I've had it up to HERE with those noisy sports posters! All hours of the day, all hours of the night, sports Sports SPORTS!!! If they're going to talk about sports, they need to go somewhere ELSE. I work 30 hours every week and I don't need to be kept up with statistics and whatever the hell a "DRAFT" is! I just want to post in peace about video games and be left alone! GET THEM OUT OF HERE!

I think we should launch an investigatory committee into the behaviour of BYOB. I believe it is important that we discover what motivates these posters, whether they are sincere, whether they pose a threat to us, or whether we need to wage a campaign of extermination against them. I have no evidence of any wrongdoing on BYOBs part, I have seen no indication from them of hostility - but in a way, wouldn't the fact that they hide it so well make it all the more sinister? The fact that there isn't a single sign of hostility is almost evidence, in and of itself, of their nefarious intent. Also, I think everyone that posts in D&D from this point forward should receive a sort of gang tag, so that they can be readily identified by their association. *mutters nervously to himself for the remainder of the discussion about how we can't trust anyone and we need to protect our borders*

Gentlemen, gentlemen! I've been followin this meeting, and I'm dismayed that our first community meeting is about attacking other members of our community. Have you forgotten why you post here? The legions of ill-informed shitheads that we all have universal contempt for? The complete inability of most of the net-posting's humanity to post pseudo-anonymously and not be the raging Id they evidently want to be in real life? The non-rules of reddit, which cultivates the worst sort of idiocy? I think we've forgotten, friends, that a ADTRW poster is an affable, self aware saint compared to the median poster on another anime forum. We need to remember that as much as we despise one another, we would stick together like a crack military unit in the slough of despond that is the wider internet. Plus, if we're purging anyone, surely it should be the socialist/communist posters. Don't you remember when we trapped all those white guys who were X-ray technicians and manufacturing engineers who kept screaming "FULL COMMUNISM NOW" into the ramshackle barn that was LF, and then burned the barn down? Should we be trying to doxx notorious MRA/pro-fash/pro-Nazi red hats from other sites? [I think the unwritten rule is that this is a no-no on Something Awful following the fallout from the Palin email incident] Should we invade Stormfront? Should we create a website to prop up non-lovely candidates?
