I would take Kershaw 1.1 in a points league, because often times a stud pitcher is unfair in that format, but otherwise take all the bats take bats, bats bats bats, all bats all the time bats

I had Schwarber as like a 16th round keeper but I was offered a great haul for him in May and took it but then I didn't win the championship and now I'm angry

Anybody looking to do a goon league this year/any with openings? Prefer H2H cats over roto or points but I'll play whatever

I'm the biggest anti-pitching guy in the world, but Kershaw falling past 2 in a points league is criminal.

Anybody know a good site that breaks players down into tiers by position? Yahoo used to do it and it was a great template for me to build a cheatsheet (with my own adjustments of course because Yahoo is dumb). The idea of doing all that sorting on my own is so terribly daunting

Same league. Went a little lighter on the speed than I'd want to but I've got dingers for days, and thank god it's an OBP league because lol Fraizer. I really like my offense if Martinez and Dahl aren't borked. If Wacha and Ryu can give me anything, then I don't hate my pitching, but they'll probably both flop and it'll be stream city 1. I'm not too enthused about him in re-draft because I don't fully expect him to live up to his ADP because I hate picking pitchers before like the 7th, but I have him as a late keeper from last year and I'm all in. I'm expecting a mid-to-high fantasy #2 season from him. If he fell to me somewhere in the 6th, I think I'd be comfortable taking him as my first starter

Had my 10 team 7x7 (OBP+SLG/QS+K/9) keeper league draft today: C: Perez 1B: Rizzo 2B: Altuve 3B: Healy SS: B. Crawford IF: Cano OF: C. Gonzalez OF: Springer OF: Polanco UT: Mazara UT: Haniger BN: Bell DL: J.D. Martinez DL: T. Murphy NA: Moncada SP: Kluber SP: Arrieta SP: Verlander RP: Ramos RP: Watson RP: Holland P: Shoemaker P: Walker BN: Glasnow BN: Cotton BN: Urias ( ) DL: Osuna I've got 4 bench spots now, I'm looking to grab Wacha, Ryu, Moustakas, and someone else I haven't decided yet (possibly Amir Garrett to fulfill my homer lust). Between trades and keepers, I had like 4 picks between rounds 5 and 19, and I think I did pretty well considering that Teemu Pokemon fucked around with this message at 02:30 on Apr 3, 2017 |

Ryon Healy Dinger God is my only 3B and after DL/NAing guys post draft, I have 4 open roster spots. Is Moustakas worth a flier or will he just hit .230 and chip in some homers and make me feel like a tool for not making Wacha or Ryu my top waiver priority? The best 3B on the wire otherwise probably like Saladino, Profar, Gurriel, Polanco, and Flores Teemu Pokemon fucked around with this message at 01:14 on Apr 4, 2017 |

What do y'all think about Tom Murphy? I've been pretty high on him the last two years. I legitimately think he has 25-30 HR power playing half his games in Coors, but he'd need 400+ PA to hit that and I don't think he gets it. He's got good, and improving, underlying numbers in his two (small sample size) call-ups; LD% was in the mid 20s, hard hit and HR/FB almost near 50%, and as far as I know, he's defense isn't so atrocious that he can't stick as a catcher without needing to move to the OF/DH. He's hurt now but I can't imagine the Rockies are going anywhere, so there should be incentive to at least give him a shot to prove he can be a every day catcher when he gets back, right? Does anyone think he's ready and can take the reigns? I grabbed him with my last pick in my keeper league and stashed him on the DL which is a pretty low-risk/high-reward gambit, but he's going to need to come out guns blazing for me to justify carrying two catchers and I'm not going to trade Perez unless I know I can conceivably replace him.
