 TMS kind of reminds me of Baten Kaitos Origins, in that it is a fantastic RPG that was doomed from the beginning by being released on a Nintendo platform that was already on its way out. I love both Persona/SMT and Fire Emblem, so I decided to buy the game knowing pretty much nothing about it and got one hell of a pleasant surprise. The gameplay isn't that great (really solid though) and the story is nothing special, but this game is so much fun to watch and listen to - by the time I started getting tired of seeing the same animations over and over again during normal battles, I was already halfway done with the final dungeon.
