Actually I was planning to go down to MX for a little bit this summer One of my classmates is from Monterrey and said his family would feed me awesome Mexican food. Dunno what's around there of any touristic interest but it's close enough to the border that I could cross and hop a bus there. Probably nice enough for a short stay if you know some people there
