from your Library, right-click the game you are interested in hiding from the list of games. select the "Set Categories..." option. there will be a "Hide this game from my library" option. you can see hidden games by clicking the LIBRARY button at the top of the screen and selecting HIDDEN at the bottom of the drop-down menu. that's it!

There just happens to still be a way to find them after you've hidden them--as opposed to completely removing them from your account.
